Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us, and at SWINN (Software Innovations) we respect your privacy regarding any information that we collect while design & development your websites. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will update you the purposes for which information are being collected.
  • We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.
  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.
  • We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time, and at SWINN’s sole discretion.

Refund/ Cancellation

The Initial or upfront deposit paid to Software Innovations covers the cost of consulting and development Services carried out by team. Software Innovations, believes in rightful refund in case of a reasonable refund claim. It does not mean that the client will get a refund as soon as they claim one. The company reserves full right to decide on refund claims. Depending on the reason for claim and the conditions under which the claim has been forwarded, Software Innovations reserves the right to proceed to refund the amount fully or partially or reject the claim.

No Refund claim is entertained after the development has already started. We have put in lot of resources for pre-development and any claim will be processed only after settling the charges of work done so far, if it is approved for refund. Breach of terms from the client’s part does not warrant any refund claims.

Software Innovations follows different cancellation policies for web and software development agreements. The cancellation procedure will be clearly mentioned in the agreement and will be strictly followed. Any cancellation request should be forwarded to the accounts department and implementation department as per the agreement terms.

We accept cancellation request via email also to the concerned authorities. Unless we confirm the receipt of your cancellation request from the accounts or execution department authorities, it will not be considered a valid cancellation request. Once we receive your cancellation request we will process the same and respond with a reference number which can be considered as cancellation of the agreement.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions document is a legal agreement between Software Innovations, hereafter “the Developer”, and “the Client” for the purposes of website design or development. These Terms and Conditions set forth the provisions under which the Client may use the services supplied.

The Developer is an Internet web design provider offering the Client graphical design, HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, WordPress and other related computer programming languages.

  • The Quotations are valid for 30 days from date of issue.
  • The invoice equals acceptance by the Developer (or third party supplier) of the Client’s offer to purchase services from the Developer and this acceptance of work is a valid contract between Client and Developer regardless of whether the Client receives the invoice.
  • Any other services on the order that have not been included in the invoice do not form part of the contract. The Client agrees to check that the details of the invoice are correct and should print and keep a copy for their records.
  • The Developer is liable to withdraw the from contract at any time prior to acceptance.
  • Additional work requested by the Client that is not specified in the agreed quotation is subject to an additional quotation by the Developer on receipt of specification. If the work is needed as part of an existing project, then this may affect time scale and overall delivery time of the project.
  • If a functional specification and a set of testing criteria is included within the quotation, the Developer is responsible for fulfilling the testing criteria as the sole criteria for completion of the contract.
  • Any work is subject to a minimum charge of Rs 5000 and Changes Rs 500.
  • The content and images have to be provided by the client and they should not violet any copyright or infringement issue.
  • Domain names and Hosting including maintenance are yearly charges.
